DELIVERY WINDOW GUIDE
Delivery timing depends on route, shipment, scheduling, and whether storage is involved. These planning stages help you prepare without treating a general window as a guaranteed arrival date.
Tell us when the destination can receive your shipment, especially if you are coordinating a lease, closing, renovation, or storage.
Confirm where the truck can park, gate or HOA rules, any elevator appointments, and the items that will travel separately with you.
Our general delivery schedule is 2–10 business days for moves up to 750 miles, 2–14 business days for 751–1,500 miles, and 4–21 business days for 1,501–3,300 miles. Need a fixed delivery date? Ask about our Premium Guaranteed Service.
Have access arranged, identify destination rooms, and raise questions about the shipment while the delivery paperwork is available.

ESTIMATES & BOOKING
Start with your pickup and destination ZIP codes, preferred moving date, and home size. This gives us the basics to begin your estimate.
Send an inventory list, photos, or a walkthrough video so we can assess the size of your move.
We review your inventory and access at both addresses, then go over your estimate and the services included.
Confirm your pickup and delivery dates with our team, sign the estimate, and pay a 30% deposit toward your moving total. The remaining balance is split equally: half at pickup and half at delivery. Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 72 hours before your move date.
Three days before your move, our quality assurance team reviews the inventory with you again. You can add or remove items, and we will review any changes to your estimate with you.
Our dispatch team will call you the night before your move to confirm what time your moving crew will arrive.
